Online Tutorial
Gravitas Publications Inc. now has a free online tutorial for using Real Science-4-Kids and Kogs-4-Kids. The online tutorial is designed for you and your student with both teacher lesson plan sections and student question sections.
You can get to the Tutorial by clicking on the green arrow below or by typing in the URL http://www.ikogs.com. The first page you’ll see is the Tutorial home page. From the home page you can get to the tutorial section by clicking on “Scope/Sequence K-8″ from the menu to the left or from the menu bar at the top of the page.
When you click on the Scope/Sequence K-8 link from the top menu you will go to a Scope/Sequence K-8 page. From this page you can choose the grade level and subject you are interested in (Note: We currently have only Chemistry Level I available). From there you will go to a table that has the lessons by week and day.
You can also get to the weekly and daily lessons by clicking on the arrow for the Scope/Sequence K-8 on the left column menu.
From there you will see the individual lesson plan and tutorial for each week and day. The lesson plan covers 22 weeks of instruction.
We are currently working on Chemistry Level I with Kogs and this will be finished in a few months. Biology Level I with Kogs will follow.
